Any retail merchandise can be returned within 90 days of their original purchase date, upon manager approval. A refund, gift card or store credit equivalent to the amount charged, excluding any shipping and handling, will be issued if returned within the allotted time period. Items purchased online may be returned at the Capps retail store.
Returned items must be in original condition, with all accessories, parts, manuals and/or documents if applicable. Please contact the manufacturer regarding warranty and/or replacement information, in the event an item is defective after our 90 day return period.
